Odoo Employees is the central employee master record system for the entire Odoo HR suite. Personal data, employment contracts, qualifications, documents and the org chart are maintained in one place and are immediately available to all connected HR apps.
The module is the foundation for Payroll, Recruitment, Time Off and Timesheets. Changes to contract data or working schedules are automatically passed to the relevant modules.

Employee master data
All personal data, contact information, emergency contacts, bank details and identity documents are stored per employee in a structured way. The system offers configurable access rights by role.
